Refund Policy

  1. 30-Day Return Policy
    If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return and Refund Conditions
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Haxvin, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with selecting a replacement item for your outdoor space or processing a refund.
  3. Return and Refund Process (What Do I Need to Do?)

           Please email us at service@haxvin.com with the reason for your return. Be sure to               include your order number, along with clear photos or videos of the product and                 its original shipping package.

           After we receive your email, it typically takes 1–3 business days to review your                     request and determine whether it is eligible for return.

           Please note:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label or return address. FedEx is our preferred shipping carrier.
  2. After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the purchase amount, minus any applicable deductions based on the condition of the returned item.
